New balls please.

Womens match, at the French. Cornet against Lucic-Baroni. Lucic big hitting but making errors, Cornet scrambling but hanging in there. Really great match.

ITV4 coverage of the french this year, TV and online.  Good to see.

ITV4 are dead good at sport. They cover the entire race day for the touring cars including all the support races, the tour de France, IPL and the TT. Shame they don't do Le Mans and some sh!t domestic limited over cricket really.

Anyway, back to middle class kids with pushy mums.

Don't want to jinx it, but murray is playing an awesome match against the (excellent) clay court specialist Ferrer.

There's a great picture of Andy Murray sitting in his chair, with the head of an old man poking out of his kit bag. Like he had an old's head as a lucky mascot.

Look it up! It will be more interesting than watching the tennis.

Konta will undoubtedly lose this match against Sharapova, but she's started with great energy and belief and is playing the right way.

Can she boot her opponent into the next court, fairly and more than once, and still give a relaxed, honest post-match interview with requisite cup of tea in hand?

I think not.

Is Grumpy McJockface moaning today and can I watch it on iPlayer?

Yes, and yes. The BBC coverage is splendid. Go to BBC.co.UK then sport and tennis. It will show you the live streams they have currently active. Fifteen at one time yesterday. Click the match/court you want to watch.

You're looking for the third match on centre court, which is expected around 5pm.

Personally I have coverage on one of my screens throughout the day. Anyone for tennis! New balls please! Marvellous! Play!

Yesterday I won on Bolelli v Nishikori going over 36.5 games.

Today is an accumulator on Istomin, Sugita, Mahut and Stakhovsky, and a second bet on a 2 way handicap of Steve Darcis going +6.5 games in his match.

I didnt know you even liked tennis, never mind risked the roof over your head on it.

I enjoy watching it. And it's only small amounts. More than the Shadyesque bets - yesterday I won about £12.

I stopped betting on tennis when it got harder to guarantee a win (betting on one player in the uk, one abroad, with different odd that meant you always won!). You don't get draws in tennis, which is good.

Lost on all bets yesterday.

Today is +6.5 games for Dustin Brown, and +6.5 games for Sam Querrey.
