His problem isn't that he can't find a job, it's that his perception of the job he wants is out of kilter with the sport's perception of the job he can do. He was only ever a passable journeyman at this level, at 33 years old he's probably not even that any more.

Former Forest legend (ahem) Nigel Quashie liked a Facebook post I made earlier today, which made reference to my still pretending the 1998  / 1999 Premier Leagueship season never happened.
