I think that's a fair assessment. The movement aspiration, and pattern of play is modern possession and pressing. We have bigger boys.

The standard of passing and interplay is worse than under Warburton. So far.

Ironically, Semedo looks like pogba light, and him, lolley, adoma, Grabban, carvalho, and the defence, would arguably be better suited to a more traditional style formation and playing style.

Our squad seems destined to be forever out of phase with our managers.
