Ideally yes but this falls down when 'start of the day' is different globally, my cal is usually booked out mornings for local stand-ups but even more booked every afternoon, early for east coast, later for west coast teams.
As Guru says, you need to pick & attend the meetings where you get or can add the most value.

I have some knowledge of this marketing tactic, it obviously differs per industry, and I should point out that no one should be 'cold call' email blasting, they should be using subscriber lists for best practice (and legal in eu) reasons.
The open rate for an email campaign is ~25% The click-through rate is ~5-10%
So conversion rates are obviously pretty small, but there are ways to maximise.
